We are looking for an Administrative Specialist position for a direct hire opportunity in Beachwood, OH. This position will provide admin support for donors.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Interacting with organizations to clarify issues that may be arising.
- High level of admin support including fund balances, check issuances, reviewing grants, and proofreading entries.
- Obtain approvals from grantees from the appropriate sources.
- Coordinating meeting logistics by managing schedules and conducting follow-ups
- Extensive use of database technology for event planning, mailings, and participant coding.
- Conducts queries for a variety of reports and Excel to create mailing listings/other reports.
- High School diploma or GED, associate degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of administrative assistant experience preferred.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational/follow-up skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, troubleshooting, and workflow skills.
- Flexibility with working hours for events
