Administrative Specialist -DAF



We are looking for an Administrative Specialist position for a direct hire opportunity in Beachwood, OH. This position will provide admin support for donors. 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Interacting with organizations to clarify issues that may be arising.
  • High level of admin support including fund balances, check issuances, reviewing grants, and proofreading entries.
  • Obtain approvals from grantees from the appropriate sources.
  • Coordinating meeting logistics by managing schedules and conducting follow-ups
  • Extensive use of database technology for event planning, mailings, and participant coding.
  • Conducts queries for a variety of reports and Excel to create mailing listings/other reports.


  • High School diploma or GED, associate degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of administrative assistant experience preferred.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational/follow-up skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, troubleshooting, and workflow skills.
  • Flexibility with working hours for events
