EverStaff is seeking a reliable Banking and Fraud Representative for our client on the West side of Cleveland in the banking/credit industry. Greater Cleveland residents with any banking or credit/fraud investigation experience are encouraged to apply! This individual is responsible for gathering customer account information and investigating high risk for credit and fraud activity.
Shift:
Any 3 weekdays (your choice) – 1:30 to 10 PM
Saturdays – 12:30 to 9 PM
Sundays – 11:30 AM to 8 PM
+Training will be M-F 8AM to 4:30PM
Pay: $19.35/hr + annual bonus

Essential Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze high risk credit applications using various software systems.
- Communicate with customers or 3rd party agencies to verify information and address inconsistencies.
- Identify fraudulent activity on customer accounts and attempt to reduce losses.
- Work successfully under limited supervision.
Qualifications:
- Able to work holidays, evenings, and weekends.
- High School Diploma/GED required – Associates or higher degree is a plus!
- 2-4 years of experience working in the banking industry – a plus!
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Attention to time sensitive matters and able to work independently.
