EverStaff is seeking a reliable Banking and Fraud Team Lead for our client on the West side of Cleveland in the banking/credit industry. Greater Cleveland residents with any banking or credit/fraud investigation experience are encouraged to apply! This individual is responsible for managing a team of Banking and Fraud Specialists and assisting in special projects for the department.
Shift:
Monday – Friday 11:30AM to 8PM
Rotating Saturdays 8AM to 5PM (comp time, will have 1 day off during the week)
+Training will be M-F 8AM to 5PM
Pay: $20.50/hr + annual bonus

Essential Responsibilities:
- Address escalated customer concerns
- Onboard and train new team members
- Provide coachings and development to current staff members
- Assist with projects for the Department Supervisor as necessary
- Exhibit a customer-first approach
- Analyze performance data and suggest areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Experience in the credit/banking industry and leading a team
- High School Diploma/GED required – Associates or higher degree is a plus!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to motivate others and be adaptable to change
- Values compliance and adhereing to strict banking and internal procedures
- Attention to time sensitive matters and able to work independently.
