We are looking for Claims Administrators for our client in Willowick! You will be responsible for taking initial claims from customers, handling complaints, dispatching services, and continued follow up with the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Manages data entry for each claim from customers.
- Maintain list of active jobs and make updates as needed.
- Assist in the creation of quotes.
- Manage customer issues and complaints while making sure everything is documented correctly.
- Maintain communication with customers.
- Ensure necessary insurance company approvals are obtained based on program guidelines.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Customer service skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Personal time management and organizational skills.
- Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience do you have with customer interaction and conflict resolution.
