Everstaff is seeking Customer Service/Call Center Representatives for a reputable client in Cleveland in the credit and banking industry!
The primary responsibilities of this position are to support inbound customer calls and create the best experience possible while following the policies and procedures of the organization.
Shift: 12pm-9pm Monday through Friday
Pay: $17.25/hr + $1000 sign-on bonus + quarterly performance bonuses (up to $1200)
Spanish-Speaking Candidates: Extra $1/hr

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Defuse customer escalations
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- High School Diploma
- Previous customer service experience – call center experience preferred
- Proven track record of professionalism and openness to coaching and feedback
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
