Finance Assistant



We have a client in Tallmadge looking an Accounting Clerk/Administrative Assistant to assist the accounting department invoice processing and running reports using Microsoft Excel. 
  • Run reports and analyze data in Microsoft Excel
  • Identify past-due invoices and initiate collections on delinquent accounts.
  • Process customer credit card payments.
  • Post customer receipts.
  • Enter invoices on customer websites and prepare manual invoices.
  • Provide clerical support for accounts receivable, accounts payable and purchasing.
  • Assist with monthly physical inventory count.
Pay: $18-$20/hr
  • Advanced experience using Excel (formulas, running large reports, analyzing data, v-lookups)
  • High School Degree required – Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office procedures and practices (bookkeeping and/or recordkeeping preferred) 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting data and public speaking
