Sales Representative
EverStaff is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity with our Client in Plainfield, IL. 

This is a fantastic full-time opportunity with a growing company in a high-demand industry. No previous industry experience or cold-calling is a requirement of this position.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Ability to engage and build trust with clients to ensure exceptional service
  2. Effectively use leads from various platforms to close sales
  3. Assist customers in selecting products that will increase value
  4. Effectively follow up on leads
  5. Inform customers on benefits of purchasing with legalized and licensed professionals
  6. Input all important information from customers into CRM software database
  1. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  2. Excellent verbal and listening communication skills
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft programs: Word and Excel
  4. Ability to type 35 wpm
  5. Ability to problem-solve and overcome objections
  6. Working in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task
