Operations Coordinator



General Job Summary: 
A main responsibility of a Facility Support Coordinator is to ensure that the facility is clean and well maintained. This position also provides light administrative support to Human Resources, Company CEO and Marketing staff. Listed below is a brief summary of some of the qualifications and general duties this position entails. Other duties will apply, as assigned. This list is not all-inclusive and may be changed or amended as needed, by management.

Schedule:  M-F 7:30-4:30 (in office)

Pay: $16.00/hr.

Essential Functions: 
  Effective, cooperative written/verbal/telephonic communication  Critical thinking
  Organizing and prioritizing work duties 
  Ensuring all facility maintenance issues are identified, addressed and resolved efficiently and cost-effectively
  Stocking of supplies in supply room and break rooms
  Monitoring and maintaining facility supply inventory 
  Driving for Off-site errands  Sedentary administrative duties such as scanning, filing and typing 
  Event/Activity planning assistance 
  Sitting, standing, grasping, typing, walking, climbing (low height with stable equipment), crouching, stooping, squatting, Visual observation, lifting less than 50 lbs. (with assistance, as needed)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  Monitor facility for any maintenance or safety related issues 
  Resolve issues, as appropriate, such as stocking break room supplies, minor repair or marking a hazard  Coordinate with facility maintenance vendors, such as cleaning, plumbing, carpet, HVAC, etc… 
  Maintain inventory and order office, facility and break room supplies  Maintain organization and stock of facility supplies in the supply room, break rooms, rest rooms, etc… 
  Dispense office supply product requests from current supplies on hand 
  Make trips to outside vendors/retailers for supplies, as needed (Costco, Publix, etc…)
  Track expenses related to supplies and facility maintenance  Plan/execute activities and employee events, often with the assistance of the Fun Committee 
  Assist Marketing staff with marketing projects occasionally 
  Administrative support (Scanning, filing, time clock maintenance, HR Recruitment duties, spreadsheet use)
  Expense control related to performance of this function. 
  Other duties, as assigned

  Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task 
  Professional in conduct and appearance 
  Ability to develop cooperative relationships 
  Strong oral and written communication skills
  Reliability, as reflected in attendance and effective task/project completion 
  Ability to coordinate a facility maintenance-related project, gather vendor information, pricing, etc…
  Ability to create spreadsheets and work with general formulas in Excel
