We are searching for an Outbound Sales Representative for our client in Solon! You will be responsible for generating sales and leads to increase company revenue.
- Successfully manage and overcome sales objections.
- Develop a deep understanding of the service you are selling and be able to effectively address any concerns or objections that prospects may have.
- Convert qualified leads into scheduled meetings/appointments for the outside sales team.
- Document prospect interaction to ensure efficient lead management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Work closely with the outside sales team, as well as other members of the marketing and sales teams, to ensure that everyone is on the same page and working towards the same goals.
- Proven sales or lead generation experience.
- Track record of success in generating and converting leads, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong phone presence and experience making a high volume of outbound telephone calls to prospective customers per day.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with prospects over the phone.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to meet multiple sales metrics.
