Payroll Processors



We have a client in the financial industry looking for a Payroll Specialist with strong data entry and Microsoft Excel skills to oversee payroll processing for the company’s clients. The Payroll Specialist will collect time sheets, calculate wages, and meet strict deadlines. This is a fully onsite position on the East side of Cleveland.
  • Enter employee data and job orders into payroll system with high accuracy.
  • Enter payroll hours, bill rates, workers comp codes, bank information, and tax information into company databases.
  • Manipulate large data sets in Excel for payroll, record keeping, and reporting purposes.
  • Answer customer questions involving payroll.
  • Problem-solve payroll discrepancies. 
  • Collect and verify time sheets
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent data entry and Microsoft Excel skills
  • Degree in accounting or related field – preferred.
  • Previous experience in a payroll department.
  • Knowledge of payroll software is beneficial.
