Everstaff is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a reputable company in the Brook Park area.

This is a back office position, but also involves some calls with customers providing assistance and direction as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Document and flag accounts received daily through electronic, paper or email notification
  • Submit proof of claims
  • Respond to requests and inquiries from first and third party partners via phone, mail or designated email box
  • Research issues related to payments, customer requests for verification, etc
  • Take payments by phone (ACH/Debit/Credit)
  • Answer inbound calls from customers providing assistance and direction as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and quickly move from one function to another
  • Listening and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Additional Information:

  • Pay: $16.50-$18/hr based on experience
  • Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
  • Possible hybrid schedule after training and good performance (2 remote days and 3 in office days)
