Everstaff is seeking an Administrative Coordinator for a reputable company in the Brook Park area.
This is a back office position, but also involves some calls with customers providing assistance and direction as needed.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Document and flag accounts received daily through electronic, paper or email notification
- Submit proof of claims
- Respond to requests and inquiries from first and third party partners via phone, mail or designated email box
- Research issues related to payments, customer requests for verification, etc
- Take payments by phone (ACH/Debit/Credit)
- Answer inbound calls from customers providing assistance and direction as needed
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and quickly move from one function to another
- Listening and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Additional Information:
- Pay: $16.50-$18/hr based on experience
- Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
- Possible hybrid schedule after training and good performance (2 remote days and 3 in office days)
