EverStaff is seeking Customer Service/Recovery Specialists for our client on the West side of Cleveland! Bilingual/Spanish speaking candidates will earn $1 more per hour!
Shift: Mid shift (10:30am-7pm) or Evening shift (12:30-9pm) with $0.75 shift differential
Pay:
$16.50-$17.25 (depending on shift)
$17.50-$18.25 for Bilingual candidates
$1000 sign on bonus and monthly performance bonuses up to $1200/month!
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the collection of 30 – 60 day accounts via an automated outbound dialer as well as answering inbound calls from customers. This is a fast-paced, goal-oriented collection call center position.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Place outbound (automated and manual) collection calls to customers
  • Negotiate payments and (repayment arrangements) to assist customers in curing their delinquency
  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding past due balances and / or account inquiries
  • Initiate account corrections/updates/adjustments when necessary
  • Thoroughly document account notes
  • Validate customer demographics (phone, address, etc.) to ensure accuracy
Requirements:
  • Customer service/collections experience preferred
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent or higher degree required
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus – Extra $1/hr!
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Listening and negotiation skills
  • Maintains positive attitude
