EverStaff is seeking a Warranty Services Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Cuyahoga Falls. You will be responsible for processing improvements of warranty processes and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify details in support of processing customer warranty claims daily.
  • Prepare customer correspondence.
  • Accurately maintain company records
  • Follow-up and drive closure to claim execution.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to support rotating East Coast hours 8:00a-4:30p and West Coast hours 11:30a-8p EST – Monday-Friday
  • Self-sufficient and self-starter
  • Familiar with a SOP’s and Warranty Services concepts, practices, and procedures
